Tune your home to suit your lifestyle

You may want to start with a home cinema solution that brings a clarity of picture and a quality of sound into the comfort of your own home that will rival anything you've experienced before.

But our Custom Installation service goes way beyond that:

  • We install lighting, blinds, audio and visual equipment, in fact anything with that can be automated!
  • We integrate each and every one of these features so that they work effortlessly with each other, routing all of your media throughout the home.
  • We give you control: how your equipment talks to each other is up to you; your lighting can be adjusted to set the mood; your blinds can go up and down; your music can be adjusted anywhere in the house; and all from one control unit!

Colin Macey

Sales Director

Colin Macey runs all aspects of our Beaconsfield showroom including audio and cinema consultations, demonstrations and sales, as well as audio repairs and LP12 servicing.

Colin's interest in the reproduction of music started early and subsequent audio purchases led to his first Linn LP12 aged 19. He has been in the audio industry since 1982 when he joined Radfords in Windsor. After running the branch successfully for many years he joined Martin Kleiser. Many customers followed and are still with us after the formation of What You See and Hear.

His passion for music and accuracy of reproduction is well known. His knowledge and experience is unparalleled. His ability to tune and set up Linn LP12 turntables is second to none, illustrated by a customer base extending all over the UK. Known by some as the "Sondekmeister", his ability to properly show our performance using musical parameters is easily appreciated and can be a fun and rewarding experience.

Marcus Jackson-Baker

Technical Director

Our Technical Director, Marcus, has been involved in audio-visual and control systems for nearly twenty years, initially in the commercial sector before moving into residential system full time, ten years ago.

Although Marcus has a wide skill set, his main areas of responsibility are system design, project management and programming for WYSAH. Over the years, Marcus has worked on projects as diverse as large theatres, health clubs, the Millennium Dome, very high-performance home cinema rooms and complete integrated home solutions with values of up to half a million pounds.

Marcus has amassed a large amount of specialist training and certification, including being first person in the world to pass the rigorous standards required to become a CEDIA Certified Home Cinema Design Specialist.

Keeping abreast of technology is key to our ability to deliver solutions that dovetail perfectly with our clients' requirements, and Marcus is a dedicated follower of many leading technology blogs.

Outside of system design and programming, Marcus is a very keen cyclist always attempting to go further and faster (and to justify the purchase of yet another bike!).
